The Rules

To us, cooking is the heart of family, community and culture, and the TasteMatch community is based on that idea. However, it can only exist if we operate by a shared set of rules, so we ask that you abide by not just the letter of these rules, but the spirit as well.

1: Be cool

Treat others with kindness and respect. No spam, trolling, inappropriate comments or content. Any sort of abusive behavior towards other users will not be tolerated.

2: Be constructive

If you see something that you think is incorrect, make a suggestion instead of a complaint. Contructive feedback will help us make TasteMatch better for everyone.

3: Be yourself

You don’t have to use your real name on TasteMatch, but don’t impersonate an individual or an entity in a misleading or deceptive manner.

Reporting Issues

If you encounter inappropriate content or bad behavior on TasteMatch, please use the Report feature on posts, comments and user profiles. That feature will submit a report to our moderators so we can review the issue and take the appropriate action.

If necessary, you can always email us to report a content or behavior issue at support@tastematch.app

Enforcement

We’re committed to making TasteMatch a pleasant experience and we don’t tolerate bad behavior. If someone violates any of these rules, or otherwise makes the community experience unpleasant, we have the following remedies:

  • Removing content
  • Disabling posting privileges
  • Cancelling accounts

We’ll take the appropriate action within 24 hours of receiving a report.
